Other day, I had a problem with my EVO connection. Called 1217 to inquire about EVO related inquiry number.. They gave me some 0800 number... Never Call that number!!!
Instead, call 1218 and go to EVO section and check with the operator about your problem. This will make your life easier, I hope!
