Most of the members of the committee set up by caretaker Prime Minister Mohammad Mian Soomro recently to ascertain the accuracy, reliability and credibility of the data gathered by the Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS), were themselves involved in the formulation of the figures they now have to judge.
